By translating many books of jurisprudence and Sufism in Javanese, KH Sholeh Darat delivered a message of da'wah at the house of the Regent of Demak which was the uncle of R.A. Kartini. KH Sholeh Darat translates the Quran in Javanese using Arabic Pegon. The book was recorded as the first translation book in the world in Javanese. The first book of interpretation in Arabic Javanese Pegon was given the name Faidhur Rohman. In his missionary ethos, KH Soleh Darat was very concerned about how Javanese culture and character education of Javanese people lack understanding in Arabic. Therefore, the effort to translate various books into banhasa Jawa is nothing more than the process of Javanese Islamization which is very accommodating to Javanese culture. One of the books that reveals the Javanese ethic of Sufism is the Syarah Al Hikam Book. This research is based on the consideration that the manuscript includes some of the cultural riches of the archipelago of the past century which until now can still be saved. Therefore, this manuscript needs to be studied philologically and thematically, especially the values of the propaganda of KH Sholeh Darat which provide a wind of harmony in religion. Through intertextual studies this study intends to find the character relationship of Syarah Al Hikam KH Soleh Darat. Through the learning of the Al Hikam book, traces of Islamic thought and the method of da'wah that combines Islamic culture and Javanese culture, accommodating, moderate, between the Shari'a and the tarekat is the harmonization of Islam can be accepted in the multicultural society in Semarang and Java in the 19th century

All those desires, discriminations, success stories, and confrontations that otherwise might not have seeped into mainstream discourses are subtly said through the stories that mirror Arab women"s lives. Girls of Riyadh is a postmodern cyber-fiction that delineates subjects we usually do not get to hear much about, i.e. the quest of heterosexual love and matrimony of young Arab women from the less women-friendly geography of Saudi Arabia. Though in the last two decades the scholarship on alternative discourses produced by Muslim women have been multitudinous, there is a scarcity of critical investigations dealing with creative constructions of postfeminist, empowered Muslim woman, not battling with patriarchal power structures, but negotiating aspects that matter most in real life: human associations and familial formations. This paper engages with the categories of love, marriage, and sexuality, drawing upon the lives of four educated, successful, "velvet class" Saudi women. The significance of this study is linked with carefully challenging some of the stereotypes about Arab women as victims of forced marriages and their commonly perceived discomfort with love at large. The study reveals that it is men who need to "man up" against cultural conventions since women are increasingly expressive in their choices and brave enough to face the consequences audaciously.

The novel No Sex in the City by Randa Abdel-Fattah juxtaposes Islamic progressive and Western secular viewpoints on dating culture, relationships, sex, and marriage. The patterns of halal1dates are described in a light-hearted, yet meaningful tone. These are religio-culturally appropriate ways of approaching prospective life partners, where the agency of final decision, in most cases, is with the participants. Instead of being defensive or apologetic about Islamic traditions and values, Abdel-Fattah vocalizes them in a rational way through the lead lady, Esma. The protagonist, Esma, is an Australian Muslim with Turkish roots. Muslim diaspora in the West is in the middle of the continuum from liberalism to conservatism. Despite living in a non-Islamic culture, followers of Islamic ideology are connected through a shared culture driven by Islam. Faith-based practices are beyond any geographical bindings. So, for Muslims, wherever they may live, there are similarities in the way they conduct their lives. In fact, the blurring of boundaries between religious and cultural is minimal in diaspora Muslim communities. Abdel-Fattah has delicately balanced secular and religious in this work where freedom and right to exercise choice wins at the end. Pleasantly, these women possess sensual sensitivities and affectionate desires, but Saudi/Islamic sensibilities obligate them to tie the marriage knot before pursuing any physical pursuits. This in no way incapacitates them from loving men, but rather appropriates the meaning of love in an Islamic framework. The diversity of situations and respective choices made by these girls during the novel also allude to the socio-cultural dynamics, patterns, and matrimonial preferences of Saudi women.

The study aimed at clarifying the requirements for improving the independence of Shari'a supervision over Islamic banks in Jordan, studying the reality of the independence of Shari'a supervision over Islamic banks in Jordan, and suggesting means that contribute to raising the level of independence in this country. The study found that there are requirements for the independence of the Shari'a supervision relating to legislation, administrative, financial and intellectual independence, and that these requirements lack much in the case of Jordan, Therefore, the research proposed to establish a central Shari'a Supervisory Board with financial and administrative autonomy that would legally supervise the work of Islamic banks in Jordan, which would lead to the improvement of the level of independence of Shari'a supervision and overcome all criticisms of its independence. The study recommended that this proposal be taken into account, and studies should be conducted to examine the possibility of improvement and application.

This book tells the story of an intellectual journey with metaphor. It questions the basis of evidence in social research, especially the 21st century fallacies surrounding it. Metaphor itself serves as the story-teller here.As the book shows, social research evidence is hidden deep inside metaphor, and is uncovered by the use of the social research method. Through research we make methodological compromises to ensure our intellectual survival. It also highlights that all truth-values are embodied, paradoxical, metaphorical, and postdisciplinary, and that ethically responsible research is possible only within embodied cognition of a research problem. A researcher's spatiotemporal context converges and diverges across a body cell to the celestial universe, and from all-realist human history to all-forthcoming, over a momentary fee will, as one embodied cognition.Building upon embodiment philosophy, alethic hermeneutics, critical social theory, and ethical intuitivism, the text revisits the epistemology and ontology of evidence and challenges the dualist norms of social research, points to the failings, and flags up directions for researchers who take evidence seriously. It introduces a cognitive methodology in social research that creates a normative balance for an experiential-intuitive approach to ethically responsible social research. It also claims a unique cognitive schema-the prodigal-within-prodigy paradox, which unifies the traditional theory of metaphor and the post-1980s cognitive theory of metaphor, characterised by mutuality in divergence and convergence of research evidence
